What we collect
gent.mx is operated by Gent MX. We collect account, tenant, inbox, domain, billing, usage, security, and support information needed to operate the service.
\nInbox content, contacts, files, calendar data, automation settings, audit events, and API-token activity are processed when you or your authorized users use the service.
\nWhen you pay through Paddle, we may receive Paddle customer, subscription, transaction, invoice, refund, and checkout identifiers needed to provision access, reconcile billing, and support your account.
\nHow we use data
We use data to provide inbox hosting, message delivery, API access, automation, approvals, support, abuse prevention, billing, security, and compliance controls.
\nWe do not sell customer data. We do not use customer content to train general-purpose AI models.
\nPayments
Paddle may act as merchant or reseller of record for purchases completed through Paddle checkout. In that role, Paddle may process buyer, payment, tax, subscription, invoice, refund, fraud-prevention, and buyer-support information under its own terms and privacy notice.
\nWe do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment details are handled by Paddle or another payment provider.
\nAI processing
When AI features are enabled, content may be processed to classify, summarize, extract, or route information for the requested workflow.
\nAI processing is governed by tenant configuration, user consent where required, audit logging, and the regional controls available on the selected plan.
\nRetention and controls
Customers can export data, request deletion, revoke consent, disable optional processing, rotate or revoke API tokens, and configure operational controls available in the dashboard or API.
\nSome records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal compliance, audit integrity, or abuse prevention.
