Keep operational costs predictable as email turns into work. Tenant admins can run sending, mailbox storage, and Files storage as hard limits or flexible billing thresholds. AI usage is priced on the model calls Gent runs for enabled workflows.
Sending
$2.00 / 1k emailsIncluded sends cover normal inbox activity — agent replies, follow-up sequences, distribution lists, and small campaigns. Tenant admins choose whether crossing the send limit blocks new sends or allows additional sends to continue billing at $2.00 per 1,000.
Storage allocations
$0.50 / GB over capMailbox storage keeps the message record. Files storage holds the attachments, documents, spreadsheets, and extracted work products that come out of email. Both can be enforced as hard caps or flexible billing thresholds.
AI inference
cost + 5%AI features run only when enabled by tenant configuration, plan, and consent. Billable usage includes the prompts and instructions you configure, model output, and Gent's internal safety guardrails when they are added to keep the workflow bounded and auditable. Usage-based AI billing is provider token cost plus 5%.
Privacy
Your data stays where you put it.
Tenant region controls where Gent stores and processes workspace data. AI processing follows the tenant's enabled configuration and consent state. We don't train general-purpose models on customer content, and operational audit, deletion, and export controls are available through the product.
