Service

gent.mx is operated by Gent MX. We provide programmable inboxes, APIs, automation, and related account-management tools for customer-controlled email workflows.

You are responsible for the users, agents, applications, domains, content, tokens, and workflows you configure in your tenant.

Acceptable use

You may not use gent.mx for spam, credential theft, malware, unlawful surveillance, harassment, deceptive sending, unauthorized access, or activity that violates applicable law.

You must maintain appropriate consent, unsubscribe handling, sender identity, and data-protection practices for your use case.

API access and security

API tokens, approvals, scopes, and inbox permissions are security controls. You are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly revoking access that is no longer needed.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, customers, recipients, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Billing

Paid plans, usage, included capacity, and additional usage terms are described on the pricing page or in the applicable order form.

Purchases completed through Paddle checkout may be processed by Paddle as merchant or reseller of record. Paddle may handle payment collection, tax calculation, receipts, invoices, subscription management, refund workflows, and buyer support related to the payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access normally continues through the paid billing period unless your plan, order form, or support arrangement says otherwise.

Usage-based charges, overages, add-ons, storage, AI inference, and other metered items may be billed in addition to base subscription fees where shown on the pricing page, checkout, dashboard, or order form.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where required by law.

Enterprise or custom agreements may override public pricing terms where expressly agreed in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated through reasonable product or account channels.
